Golden Bond Therapy respects your privacy and only collects information reasonably needed to respond to enquiries, assess suitability and provide our services.
Information we may collect
This may include your name, phone number, email address, suburb or service location, details about the type of visit you are seeking, relevant preferences or support needs, organisation or facility information, and information you choose to provide through an enquiry, referral or consent form.
We do not ask people to provide detailed medical histories through the general website enquiry form.
Why we collect information
To respond to enquiries, assess whether a Golden Bond visit is suitable, prepare quotes, organise and deliver visits, manage consent or facility requirements, issue invoices and maintain basic business records.
Sensitive information and referrals
Some enquiries may involve health, disability or support-related information. We only ask for information reasonably relevant to assessing or providing the service. If you refer another person, please only provide information you are authorised to share.
Photography, video and stories
Visitors may take appropriate photos or videos during their own visit. Golden Bond may also ask to take photos or video, but will seek consent before publishing them. Identifiable faces will never be published without explicit consent. Sharing feedback or a story does not automatically give Golden Bond permission to publish it.
Golden Bond does not sell personal information.
