Therapy dog visits for schools and universities

Golden Bond offers therapy dog visits for schools in Melbourne and university wellbeing gatherings, with suitable supervision, voluntary participation and space for Murphy to move comfortably.

Kate and Murphy can join suitable supervised student wellbeing activities, campus gatherings and quieter opportunities for students to say hello. Participation is voluntary, with group size, space, supervision and Murphy’s comfort considered during planning.

Workplace therapy dog and staff wellbeing visits

For smaller Melbourne teams, a workplace therapy dog visit can offer an informal shared break. Busy corporate events or high-volume groups may not be suitable for a single handler-and-dog team.

A thoughtfully planned visit can give colleagues a friendly change of pace. Smaller teams and manageable group arrangements generally suit the format best; busy, high-throughput events are assessed individually.

Therapy dogs at community wellbeing events

Murphy can join suitable Melbourne community wellbeing events where attendance, space, noise, session length and breaks can be planned around his welfare.

Golden Bond can be part of suitable community wellbeing gatherings with room to circulate and engage naturally. Longer events require careful planning around attendance, noise, breaks and Murphy’s welfare.

A glimpse of our community visits

Moments from visits to Monash University, Copperfield College and headspace Melton.

Comfortable for people. Comfortable for Murphy.

Interaction is always voluntary. Kate considers available space, participant numbers, supervision, noise and opportunities for Murphy to move, explore and rest. Smaller, flexible groups tend to be the best fit; high-volume events may be better served by a multi-dog provider.

Standard visits run for 45 or 60 minutes; longer events are individually planned with breaks and a travel-inclusive quote.
